Sleep and learning
1. How does sleep effect your learning?
When people are sleeping, their brain begin to learning, a good sleep can help brain work very well and take in the knowledge very well. If you can't have a good sleep it would effect your daily study and work. It could not help you have a good work efficiency.
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?
Almost average my sleep time is 7 hours, it is always not enough for me, I am always sleep late and get up early, didn't have enough sleep would not help me work very well in the class, every day I am feel sleepy in the class.
3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?
I think I would change my sleep time and have a good sleep habit after reading about sleep and learning, because I find have a good sleep very important for learning, it would more helpful in my study.I need to correct it now.

Final Reflection Answer
1. What is opinion about energy drinks?
Energy drinks have caffeine and sugar. Drink too much energy drinks not only can cause us become fatter, it also be harmful our body.So energy drinks is not good for our body.
2. What is an opposing argument than the one that you have been presented with?
What would the drink makers say about this? I think the energy drinks is harmful human body if there are add too much sugar and caffeine. It should be changed by decrease the use of caffeine and sugar, do a healthy drink, a really energy drink for people. I think drink makers would be agree my opinion about this suggestion, because more and more people look for healthy in their life now, so it would be a good idea for the drink makers, it also can make a huge profit for them.
3. Will you drink them? Why or why not?
I am no drink energy drink, it is not good for our body, the mostmimportant reason is it should be cause fat. Girls hate became fatter a lot....But also it has many caffeine, it cause many problems in your body. like seeing flashes, your ear ringing, rapid heartbeat, fever, headache..........
